Project Description
Students found ways to artfully share their appreciation for humanitarianism across the globe.
Word from the Changemaker
"Hello! My name is Shreyas Girotra and I am participating in the “It Takes a Village” Humanitarian Day Project. I submitted a collage that covered some quotes as well as humanitarians at work and a paragraph on how it all correlates to the Hawain Wildfire Disaster. Humanitarian Work matters for me because having recently visited Maui, Hawaii I enjoyed the culture so much and seeing that people who lived there had that taken away from them was hard. So I feel that humanitarian action is important in order to show your compassion even if you can’t be physically present for those in need! Hope you guys spread the love!"
